Late cancellation / non-attendance fee.
We require a minimum 2 hour notice of appointment time changes. If that is not provided, or the appointment is not attended, a $20 fee will be charged or $10 for concession card holders.
Consultation
We bulk bill valid Medicare for health consultation. Workcover and TAC must have claim number and other information to be directly billed. We bulk bill Medibank OSHC, AHM OSHC, Allianz OSHC, BUPA, other health insurances may have gap fee or privately billed. Please contact our clinic to ensure acceptance of insurance and claims prior consultation.
Private consultation
We charge fee of $80 for a standard consultation and $120 for longer consultation. Full payment must be made prior consultation. An invoice will be provided for claiming with your health insurance company after your consultation.
Form fees
Forms are not bulk billed! Please consult your regular GP to discuss fee associated with the preparation and processing of the forms
Private flu vaccines available!
We charge $20 for Private Flu Vaccine at our Centre. Please contact us to check if vaccine is available.
Payment can be made with cash, EFTPOS or credit card (Visa or Master Card).
